Your products will ship after 2-5 days processing time of your order, and then take up from 3 - 5 weeks depending on your location to reach your doorstep.
What's your return policy?
All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 45 days from purchase. IF your purchase does not match the description or is the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.
*You can submit replacement requests within 30 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at email@example.com or Message Us Here - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or Message Us Here, and we’ll give you the process to return the item and get a refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
